Where are you located?
We are an online bakery located at 8811 Laurel St #107 Vancouver. Richmond pick ups can also be arranged, please DM us on instagram or email us at hello@buttercrumbs.ca.
When are you open?
We are by scheduled pick up and delivery only, please refer to our calendar at checkout. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled pick up, please DM us on Instagram or email us to arrange another pick up window. We cannot guarantee last minute change requests , but will definitely try our best to accommodate.
Do you offer same-day pick up/deliveries?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not currently offer same-day pick up or delivery for Buttercrumb's Cloud Cookies. To ensure the best quality and freshness, we kindly ask that you place your order in advance.
During the checkout process on our Shopify page, please select your preferred date and time for pick up or delivery. We will review your order and send you a confirmation within 24 hours, including all the necessary details.

Yes! We offer local delivery within Greater Vancouver Area.
What are your delivery rates? (UPDATED AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2024 - REDUCED RATES)
For shipping rates, we rely on a trusted third-party local courier service. The shipping rates are calculated based destination of delivery.

Do you make gluten-free baked goods?
Unfortunately, we don't have gluten-free baked goods in our menu at the moment. We apologize if this is disappointing for you. However, we have a wide selection of other mouthwatering treats that we're confident you'll love. Take a look at our menu for our delicious regular baked goods options. How should I store your butter cookies and other baked goods?
To ensure the optimal freshness and taste of our butter cookies and other baked goods, we recommend following these storage guidelines:

Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight or excessive heat, as this can affect their texture. Please note that since we do not add preservatives to our cookies, they are best enjoyed within 2-3 weeks of order pickup/delivery date.

Soft Baked Goods (e.g., brownies): Store soft baked goods in an airtight container or resealable bag at room temperature. If you prefer a slightly warm and gooey texture, you can briefly heat them in the microwave or oven just before serving.
Please note that we do not add preservatives to our baked goods, as we prioritize using fresh and natural ingredients. This means that they are best enjoyed within a certain timeframe.
